VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
8-1-12: CUSTODY OF LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY:
   The Chief of Police shall be the custodian of all property seized or taken by the Police Department and of all lost, abandoned, unclaimed or stolen property within the Village. As such custodian, he or she shall keep or cause to be kept a record of all property which has been seized or otherwise taken possession of by the Police Department. (Ord. 833, 3-13-78)
