7-11-11: CONGREGATE ELDERLY HOUSING FACILITIES:
   The Village shall encourage the provision of congregate elderly housing facilities throughout the Village as follows:
   Congregate elderly housing facilities shall be established as major special uses, provided that the use is located no closer than one thousand feet (1,000') from any other congregate elderly housing facility, nursing home or residential-care home.
   Congregate elderly housing facilities shall meet the requirements of any other applicable Village regulations.
