7-11-9-9: PERSONS CONVICTED OF DRUG-RELATED OFFENSES:
   The application of local, State or Federal regulations with regard to conduct against a person(s) convicted by any court of competent jurisdiction of the illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance as defined by Title 21, section 802.
