7-11-4-10: VARYING RENTS/SALE PRICE:

Impose different sales prices or rental charges for the sale or rental of a dwelling upon any person because of race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, marital status, familial status, disability or physical or mental handicap.
