7-11-4-4: WITHHOLDING OF DWELLINGS:
   Discriminate against any person by representing that any dwelling is not available for inspection, sale or rental, when such dwelling is in fact available, or by failing to bring a property listing to his or her attention, or by refusing to permit him or her to inspect such real property.
