It shall be unlawful to sell, distribute or serve food from a mobile unit on the public streets and ways of the Village. The sale, distribution or serving of food from a mobile food unit shall be limited to privately owned premises such as construction sites, industrial areas and Temporary Food Service Establishments permitted in accordance with Section 6-1-3 of this Code, provided consent is first obtained from the owner or person in charge of such privately owned premises.
