It shall be unlawful for any person as herein defined, to engage in or operate any business, business establishment, commercial enterprise, trade, occupation or activity named in this Chapter without first paying the license fee listed in Schedules A, B or C hereafter. In addition, any business seeking to obtain or renew a business license must be in good standing with the Village by resolving all outstanding fees, fines, or other sums due to the Village.
