In MFG Manufacturing District, at no point either on the boundary of a residence, business or commercial district, or at one hundred twenty five feet (125') from the nearest property line of a plant or operation, whichever distance is greater, shall the sound pressure level of any individual operation or plant, or the combined operations of any person, exceed the decibel levels in the designated octave bands shown below for the zoning districts included as measured under subsection 4 of the TEST PROCEDURES Section of this Chapter:
