In the MFG Manufacturing District, at no point on the boundary of a residence, business or commercial zoning district shall the sound pressure level of any individual operation or plant, or the combined operations of any person, exceed the decibel levels in the designated octave bands shown below for the zoning districts indicated as measured under subsection 4 of the TEST PROCEDURES Section of this Chapter:
