No person shall blow, or cause to be blown, within the Village the steam whistle of any stationary steam plant as a signal for commencing or suspending work, or for any other purpose. This Section, however, shall not be construed as forbidding the use of steam whistles alarm signals in case of fire, collision or other imminent danger.
