There is hereby adopted by the Village, and amended as stated hereinbelow, relative to the maintenance of existing buildings, structures, premises and facilities within the Village, those rules and regulations set forth with particularity in that booklet being marked and designated as “International Property Maintenance Code 2018,” 1st Printing, May 2017, as published by the International Code Council Inc., 4501 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois 60478-5795, one copy of which booklet is on file in the office of the Village Clerk for public use, inspection and examination, and which copy has been on file for public use, inspection and examination for more than thirty (30) days prior to the passage hereof, which foregoing rules and regulations are hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this Chapter, provided however, the penalty provisions are not adopted. The general penalty provisions in this Municipal code shall be applicable.
