VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
1-7-2-2: BOND; OATH:
   Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Village Treasurer shall furnish bond in a sum required by the Board of Trustees, but such amount shall not be less than that required by statute. He shall also take the oath of office prescribed by Statute. (65 ILCS 5/3-14-3)
