4-12-5: APPEAL PROCESS:
   In the event of a dispute between the user of residential garbage and refuse collection and disposal service and the Village, said dispute shall be subject to the same hearing process as provided in this Code for disputes relating to water and sanitary sewer service. (Ord. 3294, 9/20/99)
