VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
4-12-1: RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND REFUSE COLLECTION:
   Garbage and refuse from residential dwelling units in the Village shall be collected only as provided by the Village by contract with a garbage and refuse collection and disposal contractor. A charge for garbage and refuse collection and disposal shall be added to residential water bills as provided below.
