A private water storage tank which is supplied by the Orland Park water system shall be deemed a secondary water supply unless the tank is designed and approved for potable water usage in compliance with Federal and State drinking water regulations, to all regulations of the public health authority having local jurisdiction and in accordance with local ordinance.
