When a secondary water source is used in addition to the Orland Park water supply, the piping for the exposed Orland Park water and the piping for secondary water source shall be clearly identified by distinguishing colors or tags, and the colors or tags shall be so maintained so that each pipe may be traced readily in its entirety. The Orland Park water supply shall be protected at the service connection in a manner conforming to the Water Department, Federal and State drinking water regulations, and with any other relevant regulations of the public health authority having local jurisdiction.
