VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
4-8-7-2: COMPETING SEWER SYSTEMS:
   In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the Village, no other system of sanitary sewers may be constructed or operated within the boundaries of the Village. A sanitary sewer system is hereby defined as a system serving two (2) or more individual users.
