VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
4-6-6: ALL SEWER CONNECTIONS PROPERTY OF VILLAGE:
   All sewer connections after installation thereof shall be the property of the Village and the Village shall assume all costs of maintenance and repairs thereof. (Ord. 235, 3-13-61)
