4-6-5: CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP OF PREMISES:

Irrespective of any change in ownership of premises, each parcel of real estate for which application for sewer connection and/or house connection has been filed and accepted by the Village, shall be liable for the payment of the periodic sewer charge hereinbefore provided.
