4-5-6: SEPTIC TANKS AND CESSPOOLS:

It shall be unlawful for any septic tank or cesspool to be connected to any portion of a house connection, and it shall be unlawful for any owner or person in control of premises to install, construct, maintain or use a septic system or cesspool on premises from the time such premises commenced to use the sanitary sewerage system of the Village. (Ord. 234, 3-13-61)
