VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
4-5-2: AUTHORITY FOR MAKING AND REPAIRING HOUSE CONNECTIONS:
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, install, repair, alter, disturb, uncover, open or break into any house connection to the sanitary sewerage system of the Village without first obtaining, on application filed with the Village, a written permit therefore issued by the Village.
