A unit, for the purposes of this Section, shall be a residential dwelling unit, an industrial or business establishment, public building, fraternal, eleemosynary or religious institution. The bimonthly service charge for multi-unit buildings or accounts shall be charged one (1) service charge for each unit. For example, a multi-family building with one (1) metered account and four (4) dwelling units would be charged the equivalent of four (4) times the service charge then in effect.
