VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
4-2-3: RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS:
   Where water is supplied to a building which has been rented, and the water is consumed by tenant or tenants, the landlord is held responsible for water so consumed, and shall pay the amount of money due therefore, as provided by this Title.
