VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
3-9-19: PENALTY:
   A police officer may issue a citation to or arrest any participant of a special event without a permit or who fails to disperse or leave the location following the revocation or expiration of the permit. Any person violating this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250, plus administrative costs, or more than $1,000, plus administrative costs.
