All moving events shall be held during daylight hours, at times other than peak traffic periods (7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) and (4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday and during daylight hours Saturday and Sunday. All other special events shall commence no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and conclude by midnight. The Village Board may waive any of the aforementioned time restrictions for events with special requirements or under special circumstances. Furthermore, special events shall be operated only during the hours and dates specified in the permit.
