The Orland Park Police Department shall have the authority to revoke a permit issued hereunder upon violation of the standards or conditions for issuance or the violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation. Upon the revocation of a permit, any special event shall immediately conclude, and the police department shall have the authority to order all participants to leave the location and/or disperse. Appeal of such revocation can be made in writing to the Village Manager or his or her designee and shall be considered within 24 hours after such written appeal is received by the Village Clerk.
