Downspout(s), roof drain(s), sump pump(s), footing tile(s), and/or foundation drain(s), and/or any other similar structure, facility, improvement, or equipment which discharges stormwater and/or surface water shall each discharge at grade, towards the front or rear of the property, not less than ten (10') feet from all property lines and shall not discharged in a manner that would create a public nuisance or adverse drainage impact.
