It is unlawful for any person licensed by the State of Illinois Department of State Police to carry a concealed firearm pursuant to the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act (the "Act") to carry a firearm in a prohibited area as defined and described in Section 65 of the Act (430 ILCS 66/65) as said Section may be from time to time amended and which Section is incorporated herein by reference.
A person who is convicted of violating this Section shall be fined according to the fine schedule located in Appendix B for each offense of which such person shall be convicted.
