VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
7-15-18: VIOLATION WITH RESPECT TO POSSESSION OR PURCHASE:
Each violation with respect to possession and/or purchase of tobacco or alternative nicotine products by a person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be punishable upon conviction by a fine in accordance with the fine schedule located in Appendix B for each offense.
