Each violation with respect to the sale, giving away, delivering or keeping with the intention of selling, giving away or delivering tobacco products within the Village without first having obtained a tobacco dealer's license therefore as provided in this Chapter shall be punishable by a fine in accordance with the fine schedule located in Appendix B for each offense of which such person shall be convicted. Each day on which a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
