7-15-16: USE OF PREMISES AFTER REVOCATION:
When any license shall have been revoked for any cause, no new license shall be granted to said licensee for a period of at least six (6) months following the date of the Village Manager's written order for the conduct of the business of selling tobacco or alternative nicotine products as defined in Section 7-15-1 of this Chapter.
