7-15-4: CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES:
   (a)   Class A - Accessory Tobacco Sales. Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sales of tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products and tobacco-related products in accordance with the definition of accessory tobacco sales contained herein.
   (b)   Class B - Tobacco Store. Class B licenses shall authorize the operation of a retail tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products store in accordance with definition of a tobacco store contained herein.
