7-22-5: ENFORCEMENT:

Any restaurant establishment that knowingly violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to the immediate suspension of the outdoor seating and dining permit issued pursuant to this Chapter and as provided by Section 7-1-16 (SUSPENSION, REVOCATION AND APPEAL) of this Village Code.
