8-6-7-4: EXCEPTION FOR CANNABIS PARAPHERNALIA:
The provisions of this Section shall not apply to cannabis paraphernalia, as defined in Section 1-10 of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act 410 ILCS 705/1-10, to the extent authorized by State law. (Ord. 5484, 3-2-20)
