VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
3-5-1: PUBLIC LIBRARY ESTABLISHED:
   A free public library is hereby established for the use and benefit of the residents and taxpayers of the Village, to be maintained by taxation to be appropriated and levied, in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Local Library Act, chapter 75, Illinois Compiled Statutes; said library to be under the supervision and management of a board of library trustees to be appointed according to the provisions of State Statute.
