3-4-3-7: PROTECTION FROM LOW TEMPERATURES:
   After the first seasonal frost, concrete shall be protected from freezing in accordance with the "Recommended Practice for Cold-Weather Concreting" (ACI 306). The developer/owner shall be responsible for all concrete damaged by low temperatures, and any damaged concrete shall be removed and replaced by the developer/owner at the developer's/owner's expense.
