3-4-3-3: GRANULAR BASE:
   A granular base of five (5) inch minimum thickness shall be placed on the prepared subgrade. The base shall extend the full width of the sidewalk or driveway apron. The granular base shall consist of CA6 aggregate conforming to the SSR & BC.
