All permits for driveways issued pursuant to the provisions of this Section may be revoked at any time without the consent of the permittee by order of the President and Board of Trustees. Upon such revocation, all rights granted thereunder shall be revoked and the sidewalk, space, parkways and curbs shall be restored to their former condition, at the expense of the permittee or of the owner of the property served by the driveway at the time of any such revocation.
