For the purposes of this Chapter, the following terms, phrases and words shall have the meanings given herein:
BOARD OF TRUSTEES: The President and Board of Trustees for the Village of Orland Park.
DEPARTMENT: The Recreation and Parks Department of the Village of Orland Park.
DIRECTOR: The person in charge of the Recreation and Parks Department of the Village of Orland Park.
PARK: A park, playground, recreation center or any other area in the Village of Orland Park, owned or used by the Village, and devoted to active or passive recreation.
PERSON: Any individual, firm, partnership, group, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
VILLAGE: The Village of Orland Park, Illinois.
