Filing a notarized statement of facts specifying the grounds for challenging the violation notice, which must be filed with the Traffic Compliance Administrator postmarked within 10 days of the violation notice issuance. The statement shall be deemed filed upon receipt by the Traffic Compliance Administrator. The acceptance of a "Non-Resident Request for Hearing" a notarized statement of facts after the due date shall be at the discretion of the Traffic Compliance Administrator.
