9-14-3: CITATIONS:
   Every numbered section or part thereof herein adopted shall be referred to by the Ordinance number and number of said section. All citations so issued shall be issued in the name of the Village and referred to in the uniform traffic ticket, complaint, or notice to appear ("P" ticket), as an ordinance violation.
