9-11-9-5: TIMES AND PLACES FOR HEARINGS:
   Hearings shall be held Monday through Friday between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M., excluding holidays, at the Village of Orland Park Police Department.
