9-10-9: WEIGHT OF VEHICLES:

It shall be unlawful to drive on any street, any motor vehicle with a weight, including the weight of the load, in excess of that permitted by the State Traffic Law for driving on improved highway or with weight distributed in a manner not conforming to such Laws. (Ord. 80A, 10-27-41)
