VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
9-10-2: UNNECESSARY NOISE, MUFFLERS REQUIRED:
   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle upon the street which makes an unusually loud or unnecessary noise.
   No motor vehicle shall be operated on any street unless such vehicle is provided with a muffler in efficient working condition; and the use of a cutout is prohibited.
