9-9-15: RIGHT TURN ON RED PROHIBITED:

All vehicular traffic moving in an easterly direction over, upon, or along 151st Street at 88th Avenue, being intersecting streets in the Village, shall not turn right while facing a red signal Monday through Friday from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M. except when directed to proceed by a police officer or except as otherwise provided by law.
