9-6-18-1: DEFINITIONS:
   That unless otherwise stated, wherever used in this Section, the following terms shall respectively be deemed to mean:
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLE (TRUCK): A motor vehicle which has a gross weight in pounds, including vehicle and maximum load, in excess of eight thousand (8,000) pounds and which is not primarily designed for carrying passengers.
   EMERGENCY VEHICLES: Police vehicles, vehicles of the Fire Department and ambulances, and emergency vehicles of Municipal corporations or public service corporations. (Ord. 1399, 12-17-84)
