9-6-5A: NEGLIGENT DRIVING:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle upon any public street or highway within the corporate limits of the Village of Orland Park negligently or without due caution in a manner that will or is likely to endanger persons or property. (Ord. 4057, 8-1-05)
