VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
9-1-8: PRIMA FACIE PROOF:
   Where an offense is charged for violation of the provisions of this Chapter, the registration of a motor vehicle by the Secretary of State in the name of the alleged violator and at an address in the Village shall be considered prima facie proof of ownership in such person and of the residence of said person. (Ord. 619, 11-11-74)
