§ 37.01  ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created, pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-1, an ordinance violations bureau for the town to be known as the “Orland Ordinance Violations Bureau.”
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is hereby designated and appointed to serve as Violations Clerk and vested with such power and authority as provided in I.C. 33-36-2-1 through 33-36-2-5, the provisions of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
   (C)   The Violations Clerk may accept admissions of violations of the certain provisions of the town code.
   (D)   All of the provisions set forth in the above referenced town code provisions are hereby amended to the amount set forth herein. In no event is there to be assessed, as civil penalty, a sum in excess of $50.
