(A) A Special Vehicle Inspection Fund is established for the Town Police Department. A fee of $5 shall be charged for each inspection.
(B) The source of funds which are to be deposited in to this fund are the fees collected for vehicle inspections under I.C. 9-17-2-12.
(C) This fund is to be used by the Town Police Department and used only for law enforcement purposes as the Town Council appropriates.
(D) The rules for proper accounting and expenditure of monies collected and deposited in to said fund shall be those established by the State Board of Accounts.
